  After the bank has been improved, the service area is very close to the waiting area. The basic people can see and hear them holding the cash and dialogue. I do not like to go to this bank, Because i need spend a lot time for waiting ,and so many people look at you to take more money will feel unsafe.

  Ridiculous wait times pretty every time you go in. Recently remodeled and built a wall to hide the fact they have only 1 person working the teller line. Really?? HIRE SOME TELLERS, PLEASE. YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE BEGGING YOU.

  I can in to the bank today to make two simple deposites. When I made my way back to the tellers, this is what I experienced: there were 7 people in line and two tellers (one of which truly appears to need more training). The best part was, one of the tellers called back a customer that she had just finished with and , in front of all of us, proceeded to ask him what his interest rate on his mortgage was! Are you kidding me? I understand that bank employees are pushed to get the bank more business than just a regular account. But, if that's the case, have enough staff on hand to assist your customers! And ask personal questions in a way that others can't hear.

  Nice looking building, but nothing else really is that nice. I know its a corporate thing, but I really wish this bank was open past 4pm... Opens right when I start work at 9am and closes before I'm off at 5pm. 9-5 is pretty standard, and even staying open until 6pm would be a big help.

  After nobody answering the phone (9 calls) we went there to wire some money. There are two employees in the lobby to streamline service. That is achieved by chatting amongst themselves and other bank employees not behind their desks working. After waiting for almost an hour (53 minutes, timed) we finally were approached by a young man who, I have to say, efficiently and politely took care of business. Over an hour total time to wire some money. WOW!
