- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horribly unprofessional. They take anyone off the street and train them to sell their products irregardless of their background or experience. The certification is nothing more than a legal document allowing them to conduct mortgage transactions. Very scary. Turnover is ridiculous so no telling if you'll be serviced by the person who first worked wifh you. People need tried and true professionals, not sweat shop salesmen.
