- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I stopped by this branch a couple of weeks ago to set up an HSA. I spoke with a lady named Dianne Chadwell. She refused to open an account since "we did not bank with them". I asked if this was a new policy since we were never informed of such requirements. Her reply was "its been that way for 1 to 2 years." I thought this was odd as I could easily set up an account online with out any issues. My wife's employer referred us to Pinnacle for the HSA account which is why we decided to give them a try even though we had a very bad experience in the past with a loan for my business when dealing with Vickie Manning back in 2011. She pulled out 2 days before closing because I would not insure the property prior to purchasing it. Her illegal actions and lack of understanding placed us in a bind. Let our misfortune guide you away from this bank. Wells Fargo happily set up our HSA and provided free investment options for our new HSA account.By Kam M, February 13, 2017
