- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Completely incompetent when it comes to what to do if something doesn't go perfectly. Plus for there 1hr worth of work they charge out the ass. My wife and i did are taxes together for the first time last year and they charged us $350 and we were there a hour and a half and still have not gotten are return a year later and they were no help to find out what happened. Come to find out that there was a hold put on it because something was not done right. not sure who i am going to us but it will not be this office or any other H&R Block Office.By Foster Billings II, October 23, 2016
