- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I'm surprised by the negative comments here. I've always had positive experiences at this store. The employees have always been very nice and this summer, when I've been taking my kids (4 and 6) with me, they have offered them a key to a special mailbox that has candy and small toys inside. They only give my children the key and tell them the mailbox number so it takes them a minute or two to find it (and reinforces counting/numbers). It's a great way to distract them while I'm standing in line or waiting for a shipping receipt. I also noticed when I was there a few days ago that they have a lot of cute new designs for boxes and padded envelopes.By Patti Styles, May 20, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I dropped a package off and was told it's a dollar charge for tape service by a 10 year-old boy. I paid one dollar to Bansi (mom?), the boy was taking my untapped package back to the back. I have to tell them that they need to tape my package before taking it any where, very unprofessional. I am so used to great services at UPS store Cool Springs market on Mallory Lane, I will not come back here, again.By Ora Sangkawan, January 18, 2017
